You may use SalesViking for lawful sales activities in line with the consent laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining any call-recording consent required where you operate.
Team and Enterprise seats are per named user. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
Paid plans bill in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; changes prorate.
No reselling, reverse-engineering, or using the service to violate anyone's privacy.
The service is provided 'as is'. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
