SalesViking processes call audio in real time to generate live guidance and a post-call debrief. You choose what is retained; anything you don't keep is discarded once the call ends.
Audio is analyzed on the fly. We never sell it, never use your calls to train models for other customers, and never add a bot to the participant list.
Purge any call in one click, export your data anytime, and set org-wide retention windows. Deleting a call removes its derived insights too.
Account details, billing information, and the call insights you choose to keep. That's it.
